1. I am interested in working at IKEA. Where can I send my CV?

2. Can I shop online?

The IKEA eshop is here and waiting for you to shop for your home or business, from the comfort of your home or when you are “on the go” via our optimized mobile website!
All products that have the “Add to basket” tab , are available for online shopping. If a product has only the “Add to wish list” tab , it is only available at our stores. Search for the product you wish to buy by entering the name or the article number or the product description, on the search string at the top of our webpage.

Step 1
After you havefilled your shopping basket, enter the postal code of your shipping destination. This way you can see the transportation cost for your online order before proceeding with the completion of the order. Thenselect theway of transportation between cargo or courier, and destination, home delivery or hub (where applicable). When all these are complete, select “Continue order”

Step 2
Continue your shopping as a member or as a guest. If you wish to become a member in our website you will be asked to fill in your personal data. If you are also a member of our loyalty program, you have the choice to connect your IKEA Family membershipwith the site membership and collect points every time you shop online.

Step 3
If you wish to issue a receipt or an invoice (in case you are buying for your business) this is the time to choose it. Fill in the shipping address details, as they might be different than your billing address information. At the final stage, choose your preferred payment method:
• Cash on delivery (valid for purchases up to 500€ in selected areas throughout Greece)
• Credit card
• Bank deposit (an additional 2-day delivery timeframe applies)
• Paypal

Step 4
Don’t forget to select when you have finalized your order! Now, all you have to do is sit back and relax!

You have the chance to follow your order status via your profile. Furthermore, you receive the following notifications via email (and SMS if you have chosen so):
• Order registered
• Order sent
• Order arrived at the hub of your choice (if applicable)
• Order delivered at final destination

3. How can I shop at the IKEA pick up points?

We are very happy to have introduced a new concept called “IKEA Pick Up Point” for consumers in specific regions of Greece. This way we have made it possible for customers living far from the cities where we operate stores to reach us. The IKEA Pick Up Points are smaller sized showrooms with a variety of our most representative products, a number of inspirational solutions and competent staff which is ready to assist with any questions you might have and your complete your order. In the IKEA Pick Up Point you will also find a small variety of home accessories available for immediate purchase. With the exception of a few articles, the entire IKEA product range available on our website can be purchased through the IKEA Pick Up Point.

You can choose between our Pick Up Points in Rhodes, Patras, Chania, Heraklion (Crete) and Komotini. Create your shopping list, choose the products you want to buy, and we will order them for you. Within 5 days, your order will be delivered to the respective Pick up Point with no additional transportation fee! If you want, you can choose to have them delivered to your home or office with a small extra charge.

4. Can I see if a product is available in the store?

You can search any product online, either by article number or name. You select your nearest IKEA store and confirm that it is available for immediate pick up. You can even note down the exact location and the shelf where you can collect your product in the store. More information about each product is available to make you feel more confidenta bout your choice, such as the product specifications, its exact dimensions, the volume of its package, the care instructions and more.

5. How can I get a copy of the IKEA catalogue?

The IKEA catalogue is our most important communication tool. The catalogue is distributed each year within September in the areas surrounding the IKEA stores. The catalogue is also available online. You can visit our website to download it to your computer or your mobile phone (via the iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones application). After the distribution, the catalogue is available in stores. You can pick your copy at the Customer service department. Valid until stock lasts.

 6. Is there a Loyalty Program in IKEA?

With the IKEA Family loyalty program you can collect points which you can redeem in the form of discount in your next purchase. Also, you can enjoy special discounts and exclusive promotions. The registration and participation in the program is free of charge. Find more information here.

7. What kind of services can I find at IKEA?

At IKEA, you can find a wide range of services that will make your shopping as easy and convenient as possible. We have not yet discovered the product that is self-assembled, but we like to set our goals high!

We offer a range of services with a small extra charge:

And because the best things in lifeare for free, you will always find several services that are offered completely free of charge every time you visit us!


9. How can I pay in an IKEA store?

In IKEA you can pay with the most convenient method for you. We offer you interest free installments with all credit cards. You may choose up to 24 interest free installments for purchases over 400€,or up to 12 interest free installments for purchases over 100€.

You can also pay with cash or giftcard. Please keep in mind that payment with cash is only available for purchases up to 1.500€ due to legislation. Ask us for more information

10. We are a family with children. How can we shop in IKEA?

Children are the most important people in the world. And we want them to have a good time while you are shopping. All children 3-10 years old are welcome in Småland, the free of charge play facility with supervision by our experienced and trained staff. More surprises and happenings wait our frequent visitors each month, as well as competitions for avant premieres and great prizes! You can also be informed about our news and activities on our website by selecting your local ΙΚΕΑ store.

11. I want to return a product. What should I do?

In IKEA, you are free to change your mind. You can return a product within 40 days with the original purchase receipt. In case the product package has been opened, you will receive a credit voucher.

But because every rule has its exceptions, please be informed that we do not accept returns of electrical appliances, batteries, plants, products from our discount corner, giftcards or custom orders (e.g. cut countertops, cut fabric, etc.), open packages from bedding and linen (e.g. sheets, quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress covers, etc.) and every product that has been used/washed/altered. Also, we do not return delivery, assembly or other additional services’ costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement of a product.

12. How can I contact IKEA?

In IKEA, we value your opinion because it helps us become better. 13. I am missing something from the product packaging. What should I do?

Our products go through the strictest tests so you can enjoy them to your home the same day. However, sometimes something might go wrong. But we make sure to always have a solution ready! First of all, please ensure that you have correctly followed the assembly instructions. Chooseyour product on our website and then click the link that takes you to the assembly instructions.
