Visit the ΙΚΕΑ Thessalia store from the 4th till the 30th of November, make purchases of 60€ or more and participate in the draw for 5 two-day trips to dream winter destinations in Greece and 5 IKEA gift cards of 100€ worth.

Terms and Conditions of participation to the activity “10 years IKEA Thessalia”

  1. The duration of the promotional activity is set from the 4th till the 30th of November 2019, from 10:00 till 20:00.
  2. Only those who are permanent residents of Greece and have reached the age of 18 have the right to participate in the promotional activity.
  3. From the promotional activity are excluded the employees/workers of the IKEA stores and IKEA Pick Up & Order Points of Greece, the employees/workers of THE NEWTONS S.A., of BOLD OGILVY and of House Market S.A. and any other person related to the organisation and management of this promotional activity. Individuals up to a third grade of affinity by blood or marriage to the personnel of the aforementioned companies are also excluded.

  5. Promotional activity description "10 Years IKEA Thessalia"

5.1 All visitors to the IKEA Thessalia store, who will visit the store from the 4th till the 30th of November 2019 and will make at least one purchase of 60€ worth or more, are eligible to participate in the promotion.

5.2 Along with the receipt, visitors will receive a participation coupon in the drawing lot for 5 two-day trips for two people including breakfast at the ESPEROS PALACE LUXURY AND SPA HOTEL (Kastoria), at the LIMNEON RESORT & SPA (Kastoria), at the VALENI BOUTIQUE HOTEL (Pelion-Portaria), at the ARISTI MOUNTAIN RESORT ZAGORI (Zagorohoria) and at the ZAGORI SUITES (Zagorohoria) as well as 5 IKEA gift cards of 100€ worth.

5.3 In order to take part in the draw, visitors will need to write their details on the coupon (name / father's name / surname / phone / e-mail) and place it in a ballot box located at the exit of the store in the Customer Service section.

  1. Description of gift and trip draw

6.1 Entitled to the draw are all visitors of the IKEA Thessalia store who will receive the participation coupon from the cash lines by making a purchase of 60€ worth and over, from the 4th to the 30th of November 2019, will complete the information listed in paragraph 5.3 and throw the coupon in the ballot box with the relevant marking during the specific dates and times.

6.2 A total of 10 winners will be selected from the draw: 5 trips of 2 nights for two people including breakfast at ESPEROS PALACE LUXURY & SPA HOTEL (Kastoria), at LIMNEON RESORT & SPA (Kastoria), at VALENI BOUTIQUE HOTEL (Pelion-Portaria), at  ARISTI MOUNTAIN RESORT ZAGORI (Zagorohoria) and at ZAGORI SUITES (Zagorohoria) as well as 5 IKEA gift cards of 100€ worth.

Also, 10 runners-up will be selected to cover what is described in section 6.8.

6.3 Each person can participate only one time in the draw.

6.4 The draw will take place on Monday 2nd of December 2019 at 13.00 in Customer Service department.

6.5 Gifts include: 5 two-day trips at ESPEROS PALACE LUXURY & SPA HOTEL (Kastoria), at LIMNEON RESORT & SPA (Kastoria), at VALENI BOUTIQUE HOTEL (Pelion-Portaria), at ARISTI MOUNTAIN RESORT ZAGORI (Zagorohoria) and at ZAGORI SUITES (Zagorohoria) as well as 5 IKEA gift cards of 100€ worth.

More specifically, the trips include:

  1. Two (2) nights for two (2) people in double room including breakfast at ESPEROS PALACE LUXURY & SPA HOTEL (Kastoria)
  2. Two (2) nights for two (2) people in double room including breakfast at LIMNEON RESORT & SPA (Kastoria),
  3. Two (2) nights for two (2) people in double room including breakfast at VALENI BOUTIQUE HOTEL (Pelion-Portaria),
  4. Two (2) nights for two (2) people in double room including breakfast at ARISTI MOUNTAIN RESORT ZAGORI (Zagorohoria) and
  5. Two (2) nights for two (2) people in double room including breakfast at ZAGORI SUITES (Zagorohoria)

6.6 Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash. The trip does not include travel expenses, as well as meals and consumption of products from the bar or mini bar in the room.
Identity card or passport is required upon arrival at the hotel. Any changes to the provided required by the winners will be borne by them. The trips should be made from 9/12/2019 to 16/12/2019 and from 09/01/2020 to 27/02/2020 and upon availability.

6.7 The winners of the draw will be notified by telephone from Housemarket S.A. Regarding the trips, the winners will need to declare the dates they wish to redeem their trips and to confirm room availability by telephone after contacting Mrs. Mariliza Chatzeli (AFEA TRAVEL) at 210 3668800. Gift cards and trip prizes can only be received by the winners themselves.

6.8 Winners must declare within five (5) days of their notification if they wish the prize for which they were drawn. In case of failure to inform by the winner within the above deadline or inability to accept the prize, it will be deemed that the winner does not accept the prize of the draw and the winner will be the first runner-up respectively.

  1. Personal data

By participating in the Contest, each participant gives his/her consent that his/her personal data will be used by Housemarket S.A. as responsible for their processing through automated or non-automated means either by Housemarket S.A. or by any other natural or legal person whom Housemarket S.A. will appoint for the execution of the above processing under the authorization and order provided by Housemarket S.A. and on its behalf, for the purpose for which the data are collected, that is for the performance of the Contest. In any case, the personal data shall be kept and stored according to the applicable legal framework for personal data, and each participant retains, regarding the personal data whom they concern and which constitute object of the processing by the Housemarket S.A. or any other person according to the above, throughout the processing all his/her rights provided by law: (a) to file a written request to Housemarket S.A. regarding (i) access to his/her personal data; (ii) rectification of his/her personal data; (ii) complete or partial erasure of his/her personal data; (iv) objection to the processing of personal data; (v) data portability; (vi) revocation of consent relating to the processing of personal data, and (b) to appeal to the Data Protection Authority.

Housemarket S.A. will retain the above data for three (3) months after the end of the Contest, will not forward them to third parties (other than the above) for their processing and shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect by unauthorized access and processing.
As regards any winner of the Contest, Housemarket S.A. declares and the winner accepts that Housemarket S.A. or/and its Processor shall process the winner’s personal data to be collected by the winner, according to the specific conditions referred to above, with the purpose of publishing the results of the Contest, according to the detailed specific provisions in the present terms as well as for the implementation of all required actions for the delivery of the Gift.

These detailed terms of the Contest are also posted at the Customer Service department of the IKEA Thessalia store.

  1. Housemarket A.E. reserves the right to postpone the draw, change its date as well as modify any conditions or withdraw the action for any serious reason.
  2. Housemarket A.E. reserves the right to cancel entries if they do not meet the conditions herein and/or are found to be illegal and abusive.
  3. Participation in the above activity means the unconditional acceptance of the terms of participation.
