Lingonberry sorbet drink
Sparkling pear drink, lemon zest, fresh lingonberries and a hint of mint. Where’s DRYCK? In the sorbet!
Serves 6, Preparation time: 6 hours
INGREDIENTS:
- 300ml DRYCK LINGON lingonberry syrup
- 100ml water
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbs granulated sugar
- Lemon zest from one lemon
- Frozen lingonberries for decoration
- 1 bottle of DRYCK BUBBEL PÄRON
- Mix DRYCK LINGON with water and put in the freezer, stir every now and then until you have an iced mousse.
- Whisk the egg whites to a firm foam.
- Take out the semi-frozen DRYCK LINGON mix and scrape it with a fork until it divides. Mix with the egg whites in a bowl.
- Freeze for 3-6 hours.
- Put a scoop of the sorbet in a coupe glass, add some frozen lingonberries and pour DRYCK BUBBEL PÄRON on top. Decorate with some lemon zest. Serve with a teaspoon on the side and enjoy!
