Summery punch with elderflower
Loads of ice. Elderflower syrup. Mint leaves mixed with ginger ale and lingonberry soda. Topped with fresh slices of lemon and lime and thinly sliced rhubarb. Simply delicious!
Serves 6, Preparation time: 6 hours
INGREDIENTS:
- Lots of ice cubes
- 300ml DRYCK FLÄDER elderflower syrup
- 20–30 large mint leaves
- 400ml ginger ale
- 2 bottles of ISKUB lingonberry
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- Thinly sliced rhubarb for decoration (Optional)
STEP BY STEP:
- Slice the lime and lemon thinly.
- Pour the ice and then the DRYCK FLÄDER elderflower syrup in a large pitcher that holds minimum 2,5 litres. Tear the mint leaves apart a little and put them in the mix. Pour in the ginger ale and ISKUB Lingonberry and gently stir.
- Add the lemon and lime and garnish with thinly sliced rhubarb.
