Delivery service

Most of our products are flat-packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, you can let our collaborating delivery service help with an extra charge*, to the location of your choice within the building, regardless of floor level. The delivery cost is the same no matter where you make your purchases — whether from a physical store or online from the IKEA e-shop.
For products between 35.01-65 kilos in Zone 1, the delivery charge is 32€.
*Charge for purchases between 0 – 400 kilos in Zone 1 range between 5€ to 100€. The charge depends on the order weight and the postal code of your area.
For purchases made at physical stores, we offer the option to collect your order from the store with no delivery fees. For more information, please refer to the delivery price list here.
For online purchases, we offer delivery via courier for products up to 10 kg, or via a transport company (cargo) for orders over 10 kg. For delivery to remote areas and selected postal codes, you can collect your order from a hub or pickup truck.
BOX NOW
For all the little things that matter a lot to you, you can choose delivery with BOX NOW.
This option is available only for online purchases with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
Once you've filled your cart, simply select delivery to a “BOX NOW Locker”.
You can track your parcel until it reaches the locker you selected, located closest to you. It will remain there for pickup for 48 hours from the moment you receive the notification that it has arrived.
Because the best ideas often come at the most unexpected hours, the lockers are open 24/7.
